Steve Cotton is the Village Warden, employed by Cotswold District Council (CDC), specifically for Bourton on the Water. The main purpose of his role is to improve the local environment and promote community cohesion. He supports CDC in making Bourton a safer, cleaner and well-maintained village; whilst providing a proactive Village Warden service ensuring both visitors, businesses and residents respect the local area.
